Welcome to CEPWA! We're glad to have you. Our platform offers AI-powered wellbeing support through our assistant, Amber. Before you begin, please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully. By accessing or using CEPWA ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. What We Do (and Don't Do)

CEPWA provides a platform where employees can engage in AI-Voice calls with Amber for wellbeing support. Amber offers personalised tips and helps track wellbeing trends.

Important: CEPWA and Amber are designed for general wellbeing support. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or crisis support. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency or a mental health crisis, please contact a doctor or emergency services immediately.

2. Using Our Service

  • Eligibility: You must be an employee of an organisation that has subscribed to our Service and be authorised by them to use it.
  • Access: We aim for effortless access, often without apps or complex logins. Amber will typically schedule calls with you.
  • Your Responsibility: You agree to use CEPWA respectfully, lawfully, and only for its intended purpose. Do not attempt to misuse, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service.
  • Confidentiality: We provide a confidential and judgment-free space. Your data handling is detailed in our Privacy Policy. Remember to also take reasonable steps to protect your own privacy when using the service (e.g., taking calls in a private location).

3. Privacy & Data

Your privacy is paramount. We handle your data according to our Privacy Policy. Key points include:

  • Conversations aim to be private and pressure-free.
  • Data is encrypted and anonymised for insights.
  • Calls are not recorded.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology related to CEPWA and Amber, including the platform and insights dashboards, are the exclusive property of Prosilient Systems Inc. and its licensors. You are granted a limited license to use the Service as intended, but not to copy, modify, or resell it.

5. Changes to These Terms

The world, and our Service, can change. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We'll do our best to notify you of significant changes (usually via email or a notice on the platform). Your continued use of CEPWA after changes means you accept the new Terms.

6. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, or if your employer's subscription ends.

7. Disclaimers & Limits

We provide CEPWA "as is," without any warranties. While we strive for excellence, we can't guarantee it will always be perfect or available. Our liability to you is limited, as detailed further in any master agreement with your employer and as permitted by law.
