  • Information from Your Employer: To set up your access, your employer provides us with basic information, typically just your work email address.
  • Information from Your Conversations: During your AI-Voice calls with Amber, we process the content to provide support and personalised tips. However, we do not record these calls. The insights generated are anonymised.
  • Technical Information: We might collect minimal technical data (like call connection times or interaction types) to operate and improve the Service.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Schedule and conduct your wellbeing calls with Amber.
  • Provide you with personalised coaching and tips.
  • Generate anonymised and aggregated trend dashboards and insights for your employer, helping them understand workplace wellbeing without identifying individuals.
  • Operate, maintain, and improve our Service.
  • Communicate with you regarding the Service (e.g., scheduling).

3. How We Share Your Information

We are committed to confidentiality:

  • With Your Employer: We ONLY share anonymised and aggregated data. We will never share your individual conversation details or personally identifiable wellbeing data with your employer.
  • With Third Parties: We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with trusted third-party service providers (like hosting) only as necessary to provide the Service, and under strict confidentiality agreements.
  • For Legal Reasons: We may disclose information if required by law, but we will aim to protect your privacy to the fullest extent possible.

4. Data Security & Confidentiality

We implement strong security measures. All data is encrypted, and insights are always anonymised. Our platform is designed as a confidential and judgment-free space, and no calls are recorded.

5. Your Rights & Choices

You have rights regarding your personal information. Depending on your location and our agreement with your employer, these may include the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data. Our Service is intended for employees and is not directed at individuals under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
