This policy applies to all CEPWA subscriptions processed by our payment provider on behalf of Prosilient Systems Inc.
CEPWA is free for the first 60 days. You can cancel anytime during the trial and no payment method will be charged.
All monthly charges are non-refundable.
You may cancel at any time from the Admin Dashboard; your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing cycle, and no further payments will be taken.
Annual subscriptions are billed upfront and are non-refundable.
You can cancel at any time; service will remain active until the end of the paid term, and no further renewals will be charged.
Use the in-app billing page or email support@cepwa.com with your order ID. Cancellations take effect immediately for trials and at the next renewal for paid plans.
Initiating a chargeback will automatically suspend the related CEPWA account until the dispute is resolved. Please contact us first so we can help.
We may modify this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes apply to future transactions only and will be posted on this page with a new “Effective date.”
